Why Do Yoga?

Welcome to TriYoga Classes and Massage Therapy with Julie Means!

Yoga classes are held at First Street Yoga, my home yoga studio in Indiana, PA. It is a comfortable and peaceful environment for practicing yoga, and provides mats, blocks, straps and other yoga props.

I teach TriYoga classes at multiple levels, from Basics (TriYoga’s Beginning Yoga), to Level One, and, for more advanced yoga students, Level Two.

My approach to massage therapy, my technique and philosophy, are informed and sustained by my yoga practice and by my commitment to this science of self-awareness and personal growth. I am a graduate of the Massage Program of the beautiful Mt. Nittany Institute of Natural Health in State College, PA, and I have been practicing in Indiana for over 11 years.
